Do you offer remote technical support?

What are the travel expenses of your technicians?
It is the total of the hourly rate/route of our technicians and the rate/km for the route covered.
Are your technicians trained to maintain all the machines or do I have to send my equipment to your garage?
We continually train our specialized technicians to detect any anomaly on all equipment and to perform preventive maintenance.
